and organizations. Scott helps companies reduce the cost and improve the quality
of their publications by providing expertise for XML, HTML & PDF based Publishing, Outsourcing, and Enterprise
Content Management.
Scott’s experience includes developing large scale content value chains, technical
publications and content management systems. Prior to starting WOLFF & Associates,
Scott managed teams at Hewlett Packard Company where he created and implemented an extensive
single sourcing strategy for centrally managing, automating and outsourcing publications for
development and localization, including standardization of all of HP’s technical publications. Prior to
HP, Scott worked for General Motors - Hughes developing processes for weapons systems manufacturing, and IBM where he assisted
with the development of an early version of the multi media PC. Scott received his degree in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology
in 1985, and a Master’s of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering in 1988 and a Master’s of Science in Computer Science
in 1997.
